Charter works in direct partnership with employers to offer high-quality, informative and enjoyable placements for post-primary school students.

Relieving the employer of the burdern of work experience, the Charter team is committed to making the process hassle free.

Charter will...

• Work with the employer to decide the most suitable and efficent way in which to offer work experience
• Work with the employer to create a timetable/programme of work experience for the student
• Source all necessary documentation required for a student to attend work placement. This includes, insurance indemnity and health and confidentiality forms
• Provide the student with all the necessary details prior to placement, including maps/directions to the employer and contact details for the student's chosen supervisor and any other requirements the employer might have.
• Provide each student with a placement evaluation form to be completed after a work experience placement has ended. This allows us to work with employers to ensure all placements offered are of the highest standard.
